What is the Book Treasure Chest?
The “Read with Me” program, with the aim of reading promotion for underserved children, has designed small, mobile wooden libraries called “Book Treasure Chests.” These libraries, containing 150 to 200 books, are an option that falls between a classroom wall library and a school library.
Thanks to their special design with built-in wheels, the Book Treasure Chests can be easily moved from one room to another within a school or from one center to another. This feature allows a greater number of children to benefit from the books without needing a large, permanent, dedicated space.

Target Audience
Children aged 3 to 12 in centers such as preschools, elementary schools, children's hospitals, orphanages, and other childcare facilities.

Goal and Vision
To increase the circulation of quality books with children in remote areas or those in difficult circumstances who do not have access to books, and where it is not possible to establish a permanent library.
