A second round of book packages were sent in December. Workshops were held on 30-31 January 2014 on the subjects of Living Values, Story Elements, Reading Aloud and Dramatic Arts.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">On 22\u00a0May <span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\">2013<\/span> a simple practical librarianship workshop was held in 9 preschools in this region. By sending another book package for all age-groups, these centers turned into small libraries. They can be used by all children in rural areas during the summer.
