{"id":8377,"date":"2017-01-11T05:38:59","date_gmt":"2017-01-11T05:38:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/readwithme.ir\/en\/?p=8377"},"modified":"2017-06-24T14:21:53","modified_gmt":"2017-06-24T09:51:53","slug":"read-with-me-for-the-sick-children-of-tabriz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/readwithme.ir\/en\/2017\/content\/read-with-me-for-the-sick-children-of-tabriz\/","title":{"rendered":"Read with Me for the Sick Children of Tabriz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <em>Society to Support Children with Cancer in Tabriz<\/em> <em>(Taskin)<\/em>, will implement the <strong>Read with Me <\/strong>program in the blood diseases and oncology ward of Farmanfarmayan Children\u2019s Hospital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Currently, 45 children are hospitalized in the blood diseases and oncology ward of this hospital and it has been arranged that each day, 10-12 of these children along with their mothers participate in book reading sessions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These sessions will be held by one of the tutors of Taskin who has participated in the workshops of <strong>RWM <\/strong>on children\u2019s literature and is familiar with the methods of holding reading aloud sessions and related activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The books used in these sessions have been chosen from the quality books of <strong>RWM<\/strong> and are compatible with the conditions of a sick child. They include books for children from 1 day old to over 13 years old which are accompanied by creative activities. The Taskin and <strong>RWM<\/strong> authorities hope to help children and their families to go through the tough process of healing more easily by creating moments filled with the\u00a0joy of reading and happiness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The books have been sent to this hospital and the program will start in the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> week of January 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <em>Society to Support Children with Cancer in Tabriz<\/em> <em>(Taskin)<\/em> is a Non-governmental Organization (NGO) that has been established to ease the difficult life of children suffering from cancer and their families through medication, education, research and social-cultural activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/readwithme.ir\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Read-with-Me-for-the-Sick-Children-of-Tabriz-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8378\" src=\"https:\/\/readwithme.ir\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Read-with-Me-for-the-Sick-Children-of-Tabriz-1.jpg\" alt=\"Read with Me for the Sick Children of Tabriz\" width=\"513\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Society to Support Children with Cancer in Tabriz (Taskin), will implement the Read with Me program in the blood diseases and oncology ward of Farmanfarmayan Children\u2019s Hospital.
